Controller

Booking and stay

Bookings are handled by the IdoBooking system (IdoSell sp. z o.o.), which processes data on our behalf. We collect what is needed to conclude and perform the contract: name, email, phone, dates, number of guests and payment and invoice details.

The legal basis is the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Booking data is kept for the period required by tax law, usually 5 years from the end of the year.

Before arrival we send stay information and a link to the electronic lock (Tedee) by email or WhatsApp. The link works only during your stay.

If you book through Booking.com, Airbnb or another portal, that portal is also a controller of your booking data – see its privacy policy.

Contact

When you write or call us (email, phone, WhatsApp), we process your data to reply, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep the correspondence until the matter and any claims are closed.

Available dates by email

If you sign up on the website, we send information about available dates and offers – two messages a month at most. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and electronic communications law.

We store your email address, the text and version of the consent and the date, on Google Cloud servers in the European Union, until you withdraw consent. You can withdraw at any time via the link in any message or by writing to us.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

You decide about cookies in the consent banner (Usercentrics). Without your consent we use only tools necessary for the website to work.

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (visit statistics) and Google Ads (measuring results and remarketing – showing ads to people who visited the website). Data passes through our measurement server (server-side Google Tag Manager, hosted by Usercentrics in the EU).

With your consent we also use the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to measure the results of ads on Facebook and Instagram and for remarketing. The pixel also works in the booking system if you consent on the website. Meta is a joint controller for this processing; see Meta's privacy policy.

Google and Meta may also process data in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. on the same basis.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing).

You can lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

Providing data is necessary to make a booking; signing up for date alerts is voluntary. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing.
